Program Management
With the capital project needs in the water and wastewater industry, we can provide program management experience, both on a small scale to a large multi-year capital program. Our experience includes successfully managing large teams working on multiple projects, providing program framework planning, as well as project controls. Our program management experience includes system wide sewer rehab programs, city-wide wastewater improvement programs to county-wide water supply programs.

Engineering Missions
IDG is passionate about helping people in developing countries get clean drinking water and improved sanitation. We do this through extensive philanthropic giving to water focused non-profits, hands on assistance with projects in Africa and Central America, as well as providing technical and leadership expertise for water-focused projects in the developing world.
