Barney Fullington, PE has over 28 years of experience in the water and wastewater consulting business.  In 2015, Barney started IDG with a simple goal of providing the best consulting engineering experience possible for his clients.  Over his career, he has been involved in a wide variety of projects from strategic and master planning, to design, construction and startup of some of the countries largest pumping and treatment facilities.  In addition, he has been involved in several large program management assignments as well as utility management consulting.  He has a passion for problem solving and a strong desire to help developing communities around the world gain access to safe, clean drinking water.

Kevin Colvett, PE brings over 26 years of experience to the table in all aspects of planning, design and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure.  As a former utility manager, Kevin understands our client's side of the business and works hard everyday to help our clients succeed.  On the Board of Directors for the water-focused non-profit, The Living Water Project, Kevin spends much of his free time traveling the world helping developing countries meet their basic water and wastewater needs.

Jason English, PE has over 26 years of experience in environmental consulting. The last 19 years he has been working with municipal clients in all aspects of project planning, funding, design and construction. His experience covers water distribution, wastewater collection, as well as water and wastewater treatment projects with small and medium size water utilities across Tennessee. As a senior project manager, Jason has a proven record of delivering successful projects to clients using collaborative approaches to solve complex problems.

Steve Holtermann, PE has over 25 years of consulting experience working with utility clients to deliver a wide spectrum of civil projects including water and wastewater, tunneling, transportation, and environmental programs.  For the last 13 years, he has primarily served as a construction manager for treatment plant, collection/distribution systems, and rehabilitation projects for water and wastewater capital projects.  His ability to develop relationships, bridge gaps and foster collaboration between Clients, Contractors and Engineers has proven to be a productive recipe to achieve success in today’s construction environment

Kevin McCullough, PE has over 21 years of experience in planning, design and rehabilitation of linear infrastructure for water and wastewater utilities.  His work has included a wide range of projects from design of new, large diameter water pipelines to extensive sewer rehabilitation experience.  As a former collections system manager for a major wastewater utility, Kevin understands what our clients face everyday and incorporates that understanding into the solutions he provides.

Alissa Diminich, PE has over 15 years of experience in treatment plants and pump station design and construction.  Experience in both working as a valuable design team member and "in the field" construction observation, she brings a practical approach to her work.  Alissa is also the former president of the local chapter of the Society of Women Engineers and the current president of the non-profit AguaClara Reach which provides low tech water treatment systems for remote villages in developing countries.

Daniel Morgan, PE is a registered structural engineer with over 14 years of experience specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure, flood protection, and building design and construction.  Daniel has managed numerous design projects with IDG and has recently served as the resident engineer on a recently completed IDG-designed wastewater treatment expansion.  Highly sought after for his friendly and practical approach, Daniel is a wonderful asset to any project team.  Daniel spends much of his free time helping his wife Laura chase around his two boys and a baby girl.

Daniel Doss, PE has 13 years of experience in the wastewater industry serving in multiple engineering and management roles for a large, regional wastewater utility.  His last role included managing 19 people in the utility's engineering group.  His experience includes pump stations, pipelines and stormwater management.  Since joining IDG, Daniel has served in a program management and management consulting role for several large IDG client utilities.  The knowledge he brings from the municipal utility perspective allows him to provide common sense approaches to many problems our client's face.

Eric King, PE has over 21 years of broad civil engineering experience including transportation, grading, drainage and stormwater management.  He has also been involved in large scale hydrologic and hydraulic analysis of the Tennessee River and most recently linear infrastructure planning and design for water utilities.  Eric is a technology super user and has helped with deployment of organization wide CAD standards and development of engineering production automation tools in the past.  In his free time, he enjoys reading, hiking and helping his wife with their garden and their own personal zoo of four cats, a dog, five chickens and a lizard.

Mike Harris, PE has worked in a variety of engineering management roles including 19 years in municipal government engineering/planning and before that over 20 years of physical plant engineering experience.  He has extensive knowledge in management of residential and commercial development from a local regulatory standpoint as well as management of transportation project planning, coordination and execution.  Mike has managed locally funded projects for municipalities as well as Federal/State funded projects requiring coordination with multiple government agencies.  Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and Masters Degree in Engineering from the University of Tennessee.

Andrew Bohon has a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Tennessee and spent the first 10 years of his career as a reliability engineer with Dow Chemical at a large chemical complex in Texas.  His responsibilities included ensuring reliability of individual systems and pieces of equipment at the plant by troubleshooting inefficient operations and developing solutions to improve efficiency and optimize performance.  His depth of knowledge of mechanical equipment and specifically rotating equipment is a great asset to the IDG team and our clients.  Since joining IDG in 2021, Andrew has worked on a variety of water and wastewater design projects using his in depth equipment experience to benefit our clients in a variety of ways.

Joanna Bermingham, PE has over 8 years of experience in both design and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure. Her experience includes water distribution, wastewater collection, water treatment and wastewater treatment in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She also provides experience in hydraulic modeling to aid clients in comprehensive planning and evaluation of their water and wastewater systems. Joanna has participated in her local professional chapter of Engineers Without Borders, providing clean water to remote areas of Guatemala.

Carter Groves, EI graduated from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville with a MS in Environmental Engineering and BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering in 2020.  Since then, he has been heavily involved in the planning and design of water storage, pumping, and conveyance projects for public utilities in Middle Tennessee.  Over the past year, he has gained significant experience in the field as part of the Clean Water Nashville team.  In his free time, he enjoys road trips to National Parks, hiking, golfing, and trivia nights with his wife and friends

Lindsey Spears, EI graduated from Louisiana State University with a BS in Environmental Engineering in 2022 where she spent the last years of college working as an intern for a civil engineering consulting firm in Baton Rouge.  Her project there included levee rehabilitation, watershed analysis, wetland restoration, and shore protection.  Since joining IDG, she has gained valuable experiences in planning and design for our utility clients. She likes to spend her free time playing beach volleyball, hiking and trying out new restaurants.

Laura Ussery graduated from Mississippi State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 2022 where she spent the last two years serving as the president of the school’s chapter of Engineers Without Borders. The chapter’s project was to design and install a water distribution system for a farming community in Ecuador, and it was through this project that Laura developed her interest in water treatment and distribution systems. In her free time, she enjoys clay target shooting, knitting, and playing with her goldendoodle.
