WHO WE ARE
Barney Fullington, PE has over 24 years of experience in the water and wastewater consulting business. In 2015, Barney started IDG with a simple goal of providing the best consulting engineering experience possible for his clients. Over his career, he has been involved in a wide variety of projects from strategic and master planning, to design, construction and startup of some of the countries largest pumping and treatment facilities. In addition, he has been involved in several large program management assignments as well as utility management consulting. He has a passion for problem solving and a strong desire to help developing communities around the world gain access to safe, clean drinking water.
Kevin Colvett, PE brings over 23 years of experience to the table in all aspects of planning, design and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure. As a former utility manager, Kevin understands our client's side of the business and works hard everyday to help our clients succeed. On the Board of Directors for the water-focused non-profit, The Living Water Project, Kevin spends much of his free time traveling the world helping developing countries meet their basic water and wastewater needs.
Joe Griffey, PE has over 15 years of experience in water system modeling, water and wastewater treatment plant and pump station design and construction. Joe's background in system planning as well as nuts and bolts design have provided him with a great foundation for serving our clients well.
Kevin McCullough, PE has over 15 years of experience in planning, design and rehabilitation of linear infrastructure for water and wastewater utilities. As a former collections system manager for a major wastewater utility, Kevin understands what our clients face everyday and incorporates that understanding into the solutions he provides.
Alissa Diminich, PE has over 10 years of experience in treatment plants and pump station design and construction. Experience in both working as a valuable design team member and "in the field" construction observation, she brings a practical approach to her work. Alissa is also the former president of the local chapter of the Society of Women Engineers and the current president of the non-profit AguaClara Reach which provides low tech water treatment systems for remote villages in developing countries.
Daniel Morgan, PE is a registered structural engineer with over 10 years of experience specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure, flood protection, and building design and construction. Highly sought after for his friendly and practical approach, Daniel is a wonderful asset to any project team. Daniel spends much of his free time helping his wife Laura chase around his two small boys.
Daniel Doss, PE has 10 years of experience in the wastewater industry serving in multiple engineering and management roles for a large, regional wastewater utility. His last role included managing 19 people in the utility's engineering group. His experience includes pump stations, pipelines and stormwater management. The knowledge he brings from the municipal utility perspective allows him to provide common sense approaches to many problems our client's face.
Charlie Brown, AIA is an accomplished architect and construction manager with over 40 years of experience in the water and wastewater field. Over his career he has been a leader in design, constructing and rehabilitating hundreds of millions of dollars of water and wastewater infrastructure. In addition to his day job, Charlie raises and breeds prize homing pigeons, which might make him one of the world's only architect/construction manager/pigeon breeders!
